Calendar

There are two types of reservations:

REGULAR - we will only allow three days of REGULAR reservations to be booked in any calendar week, Sun - Sat. This is to insure that everyone who makes a reservation that week can get their work done, even if we have bad weather days.

STANDBY - we will allow users to book the remaining four days of the week on a STANDBY basis. If all of the work for REGULAR reservations gets done and weather permits, STANDBY reservations will be honored.

1. Click "Submit Entry" to propose a reservation.
2. Fill in all the fields, including time and date at the bottom. See an example.
3. Click "Save Event".
4. Your event will be submitted for approval. It will appear on the calendar once it has been approved.
5. Once your event appears, click on it to review the information. Add Comments to communicate with others involved in the event.
