Tech Alive SupportHelp with Rich Content: VideoASF and WMVTest to see if you have the correct media player installed. Click the Go to Movie icon to load a Windows Media® Video (*.wmv) test clip into Windows Media Player or other compatible movie player. If the movie doesn't open, get the player from the Microsoft site: Go to Downloads and Get Windows Media Player. These videos may be best accessed using Internet Explorer. If the video does not load automatically, right-click on the link and download the video to your computer. Open the video using your default video player. Alternative ContentIn many cases, Alternative Content is available and can be accessed by clicking on the Alternative Content icon. Alternatives to video often include screen capture images and narrative transcripts.
